The Role:
Reporting to our Director and working closely with our sales team, the Sales Associate will assist across all aspects of the sales process. You will support listing and buyer management, prospecting activities, and day-to-day sales operations to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and agents. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn, grow, and develop into a standalone sales agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales agents with managing buyer enquiries, conducting follow-ups, and nurturing leads
Support listing campaigns through preparing marketing materials, organising open homes, and attending inspections
Conduct database calls, letterbox drops, and regular community engagement to build brand awareness
Accompany agents to listing presentations, appraisals, and client meetings
Handle administrative tasks including CRM updates, document preparation, and campaign coordination
Proactively generate opportunities through outbound calls, door knocking, and networking
Maintain a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times
About You:

Requirements:
Current NSW Certificate of Registration
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine interest in a long-term real estate career
