We are seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an opportunity to step into a quality portfolio with the support structure, systems and leadership that allow you to focus on what you do best—building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties, supported by a dedicated Property Officer and Leasing Officer.
Our support model is designed to maximise your time and expertise:
No routine inspections
No ingoing inspections
No trust accounting
No weekend work
Monday to Friday office-based role
Company phone provided
Parking included
With inspections and leasing managed by your support team, you'll have the time to concentrate on portfolio management, client relationships and delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants alike.
About You
You are an experienced Property Manager who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. You thrive in a professional environment, communicate confidently, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
To be successful, you will have:
Previous residential property management experience
Strong knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies legislation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Current NSW Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or Class 1 Licence
