Belle Property is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Manager or Junior Property Manager to join our high-performing property management team in Northwestern Sydney.

Responsibilities include:
As part of the Belle Property team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to tenants and Junior candidates will receive ongoing training, mentoring, and support to develop into successful Property Managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing tenant relationships
* Conducting routine inspections and condition reports, including onboarding tenants
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Managing lease renewals and tenancy matters
* Ensuring compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
* Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
The successful candidate will have:
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive can do attitude
* A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* A current driver's licence and access to a reliable car
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
* A genuine desire to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to a high-performing team
