About the Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll:

·        Manage a well-maintained portfolio with the support of Ailo’s integrated tools

·        Portfolio capped at 100, end to end services.

·        Deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike

·        Conduct inspections, manage leases, and oversee maintenance with efficiency

·        Communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders

·        Work closely with a dedicated and experienced team who share your drive for excellence

About You

·        Proven experience as a Property Manager

·        Strong organisational and time-management skills

·        Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

·        A positive, professional approach and a genuine passion for property management

·        Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate and driver’s licence
