Belle Property Parramatta | Beecroft | Carlingford is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to kickstart their career in real estate as a Leasing Consultant. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for property and a desire to learn from industry leaders in a supportive, high-performing team environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with prospecting activities to generate appraisals.
* Conducting open homes and inspections, processing applications, and conducting ingoing inspections.
* Managing lease signings and supporting the team with client onboarding.
* Participating in training and mentorship programs to build foundational real estate skills.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* A current Certificate of Registration or Licence is essential.
* A valid driver’s licence and reliable car.
* Available to work 5 days a week, including Saturday.
* Prior experience in real estate or sales is highly regarded.
