About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Property Manager to join our close-knit team that treats each other like family.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain strong communication with tenants, strata managers and tradesmen
• Conduct routine, in-going and out-going inspections
• Manage repairs, maintenance
• Participate in team training and development
• Conduct open home inspections
• Process new tenant applications and manage tenant selection
• Prepare and advertise properties online
• Handle rental enquiries

Skills and Experience:

MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia.

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required
• Must have your own vehicle and current Driver’s Licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great organisation skills
• Possess a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Property Tree knowledge will be advantageous
