Belle Property Upper North Shore is seeking a polished and highly capable Front of House Manager to lead the client experience at our Wahroonga office — the flagship entry point to our brand.

This is a refined, people-focused role suited to a professional who understands the importance of first impressions, discretion, and seamless operational support.

The Role

As Front of House Manager, you will be the face of our Wahroonga office, setting the tone for every client, vendor, landlord and guest who walks through our doors. Beyond reception, this role plays a key part in supporting our operations and leasing teams, ensuring the agency runs with precision, professionalism and elegance.

You will take ownership of front-of-house presentation, client care, and high-level administration, contributing to the smooth delivery of our day-to-day business and the premium experience our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering a warm, professional and refined front-of-house experience aligned with the Belle Property brand

  • Managing the Wahroonga reception area to an exceptional standard at all times

  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, suppliers and stakeholders

  • Providing high-level administrative support across operations and leasing teams

  • Maintaining office presentation, systems and processes to premium standards

  • Assisting with operational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day business flow
