The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Prospecting for new listing opportunities.
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, and suppliers.
- Ongoing management of our CRM.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Conducting open for inspections and private inspections.
- Organising and attending photography sessions, valuations, pest & building inspections, and styling consultations.
- Conducting market appraisals.
- Networking within the industry and participating in regular training sessions.
The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to take proactive and independent initiative while seamlessly collaborating within a tight-knit team.
- A strong work ethic and a strong desire to succeed.
- Good local knowledge of the Hawkesbury area (local residents will be highly regarded).
- A genuine interest in the Real Estate industry with a focus on providing exceptional service to our community.
- Must have experience working as a sales agent.
- Must have a Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a presentable, reliable car.
