Belle Property Melbourne Inner North Group are seeking a creative, proactive and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activities and help drive our brand presence across Melbourne's inner north.

Working closely with our Sales, Property Management and Leadership teams, you'll have the autonomy to plan, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across social media, digital campaigns, brand communications and community engagement.
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable creating engaging content, coordinating multiple projects and taking initiative to identify new marketing opportunities.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing a structured social media strategy across our Sales and Rentals accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging and high-quality content.
- Producing creative social media content, including reels, stories, photography, videos and branded graphics that showcase our properties, people, achievements and community involvement.
- Working closely with our Sales and Property Management teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives and brand-building opportunities.
- Liaising with our business partners to identify and coordinate property features, marketing opportunities and collaborative campaigns.
- Preparing and distributing monthly newsletters, office announcements and other email marketing communications.
- Assisting with the preparation of pre-listing presentations, leasing proposals and other branded marketing materials.
- Supporting the coordination and promotion of local community initiatives, events, sponsorships and charitable partnerships.
- Ensuring all marketing materials and communications maintain the high standards and consistent presentation of the Belle Property brand.
- Monitoring social media engagement and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve our reach and brand awareness.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings creativity, initiative and a genuine enthusiasm for marketing. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in marketing, social media management or content creation.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Confidence using Canva and social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content, including reels.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of initiatives.
- An eye for design, branding and engaging visual content.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Experience in real estate marketing would be advantageous but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with marketing experience across a range of industries.
