Property Management - Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • - Process Tenancy Applications
    - Assist with the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents
    - Prepare and place advertisements for available rental properties
    - Manage rental enquiries and show available properties
    - Organise appointments and conduct open for inspections
    - Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessary
    - Organise and conduct:
    o Periodic inspections of managed properties (6 – 12 months)
    o Condition reports
    - Attend meetings and training as directed
    - Reception support when required
    - Other duties as requested by the Head of Property Management or Principal
    - Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team

As an Assistant Property Manager, your role will have a strong focus on supporting the Team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • - Preferred experience in property management
    - Current Industry standard certifications preferred but not essential
    - Drivers licence
    - Excellent phone manner
    - Corporate presentation
    - An eye for detail
    - Strong computer skills
    - Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
