Following a decade in Canberra and three years working across the sales and property management sectors, Zoe White recently relocated to Sydney to take up the role of Business Development Manager with the team at Belle Property Annandale. Zoe now assists the Annandale office to grow the business across a broad portfolio of clients, specialising in a wide area of the inner west including Annandale, Leichhardt, Lilyfield and Stanmore. Zoe previously lived in The Shire prior to her time in Canberra and now calls Camperdown home.

Zoe is trained in all aspects of strata management, has a Certificate II in Business and proudly retains the record for the highest achieved rental price for a property in the ACT – a four-bedroom home in the prestigious suburb of Yarralumla – successfully negotiated well above the appraised price and leased at $14k per month after zero days on market following settlement. This is a testament to Zoe’s determination to maximise clients’ investments whilst assisting tenants in finding the home that’s right for them.
