From handling luxury boutique projects to large, multi-stage master planned community developments from conception to completion, his vast experience gives him an unrivalled skill base within the industry and he is widely recognised as an expert in his field.
His specialist areas include leading and active participation in over AUD $2 billion of residential project sales as well as product design advisory, focusing on buyer preferences & functionality to maximise values. He has also been involved with master planned product design review and evolution across progressive stages. When it comes to high-end luxury project sales and marketing, Noel is considered an expert on pre-completion (off the plan) to completion sales and marketing. He also is actively involved with the management of sales teams, residential project marketing strategies and dwelling pricing strategy and structure.
Noel brings extensive experience in project branding and market positioning and shows strong leadership when it comes to properties for sale, business administration and managing company KPIs, sales display planning and fit outs and financial intermediary/investment sales management.
