We have used Belle Property Pyrmont to sell two properties, buy one property and to property manage one property so we can speak with authority and solid experience. The principals at this agency bring 10+ years of substantial and intimate knowledge of Pyrmont (having sold most of Jacksons Landing off the plan for Lend Lease) and in particular Jacksons Landing and surrounding area.
On the sale of our first property (Sydney Wharf) through Belle we were astounded with the result achieved, in fact Belle achieved more than 25% for any comparable property sold by any other agent prior to our sale. We were most impressed with the new approach taken by Belle in particular - their agreement to open the property twice per week with at least two of their Principals attending each opening.
