Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties, to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments
Answering phones and handling sales enquiries
Communicating and handling incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Principal and Sales Manager
Prioritise & manage multiple projects simultaneously, & follow through issues in a timely manner
Ensure that the administration is completed
Database management and client communications
Ensure that all new vendor experiences reflect our brand values and service
Ensure that all required auction campaign activity is completed accurately and on time.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
Prior experience in real estate industry preferred but not essential
Current Industry standard certifications preferred
Reliable car/drivers licence
Finely tuned negotiation skills
Excellent phone manner
An eye for attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
