New Leadership Team Signals Change for Cashmere’s Property Market

In a move that reinforces Belle Property’s stronghold in Queensland’s property market, Belle Property has recruited two high-performing agents to form the new leadership team of their Cashmere office.

Co-Principals, Adam Dickie and Allan Brookes, are taking over the reins of Belle Property Cashmere; rebuilding the office’s presence to become a full-service agency with a customer-first ethos.

“Our Belle Property Cashmere office has been given a refresh with two fantastic real estate professionals. Allan Brookes and Adam Dickie, both come with long-standing and reputable careers in Brisbane’s north,” said Jon Iceton, Head of Queensland for Belle Property.

“With the backing of the Belle Property brand, Adam and Allan will lead a team of highly adept agents who are set to offer a more tailored and customer-focused approach unlike any other in the local marketplace.”

Starting together as sales agents in a leading franchise some 16 years ago, Allan and Adam went on to pursue separate real estate careers, that saw them become business owners in their own right. Allan with L J Hooker and Adam with First National.

Adam then went on to play an integral role in the franchise growth of Belle Property in Queensland before teaming up with Allan to take over the Belle Property Cashmere business.

“After a long career in real estate, which took me into a Head Office role with Belle Property, it became clear what I really wanted to be doing; implementing and passing on my knowledge to my clients,” said Adam.

Seeing a gap for a market-leading brand that places high importance on client care and tailored marketing, Allan and Adam were eager to bring a fresh approach to the local market.

“After 16 years in real estate, what I have learned is that every house is unique, and every sale is different. So why try to market them all the same way,” said Allan. “Together, Adam and I want to change the way real estate is done in Cashmere.”

“We want to give Brisbane’s north a real estate experience that you can only truly get with a boutique and market-leading brand,” said Adam. “We’re excited about what lies ahead, for us, the brand and Cashmere’s real estate market.”
