Belle Property expands Sydney footprint opening new office in Rhodes

Belle Property has strengthened its stronghold on Sydney’s property market, opening a new office in the high-density waterside suburb of Rhodes led by Principals Sophia Zhou and Jason Bi.

A highly competitive area in Sydney’s property market, the new office was a strategic decision to capitalise on the potential for growth and development in Rhodes and its surrounding suburbs.

Sophia, who’s background spans property sales, mortgage broking and accounting said, the Rhodes area is highly diverse with a high number of non-English speaking residents, meaning trust and authenticity in dealings is paramount.

“Our team at Rhodes are fluent in both English and Mandarin and most of us also have a background in finance and accounting. This is a real advantage for us as it allows us to connect with our clients on a deeper level and offer them guidance on a variety of financial issues related to property sales and investment.
