Richard first entered the Real Estate Industry in 2008 after helping run a family business for several years. His first job in real estate was as a Buyer’s Agent inspecting a minimum of 20 different properties for sale each week and negotiating on at least four contracts a month. This ‘nursery’ honed his negotiating skills to the point that he now averages 1.2 offers to signed contracts.
After 18 months as a Buyer’s Agent, Richard was promoted to Senior Sales Agent for Open House Realty, a role that saw him excel with over $35 million of properties sold in the following two years at an average sales price of $342,000.
