We had decided to put our North Sydney investment property on the market with the intention of going to auction just before Christmas, realising we were in a falling market period. As we live in Country NSW, I was introduced to David by a mutual friend and he immediately devised a plan to have the property ready.
David organised a stylist, conveyancer, the gardener, handyman, Building & Pest Report and any other aspects he thought needed attention to the house within the first week before listing the property for sale. Nothing was ever too much trouble and David kept me informed all throughout the marketing campaign.
David was in constant communication as to how much interest there was for the property and gave me running reports of all advertising campaigns and people inspecting the property. The property went to auction in early December with the market still falling, however, David was always very optimistic as to getting a good result, judging by the comments received by various interested parties.
