A proud lifelong Northern Beaches resident with a strong background in customer service, Chloe Moore is responsible for all communications with new and existing tenants. She conducts our opens and ensures every property is presented at its best to prospective renters and is always keen to answer questions and diligently follows up on every enquiry. Once a tenant is selected, Chloe organises the lease and assists the tenants with moving in.
Chloe is also responsible for looking after existing tenants for properties leased through Belle Property Manly. She manages all work orders for repairs and maintenance and has excellent relationships with our approved suppliers, thereby ensuring that both major incidents and minor repairs are resolved quickly. A tenant herself, Chloe has a first-hand understanding of tenants’ needs. She appreciates that while a rental property is an investment asset to the landlord, it is a home to her tenants.
Chloe is always available to her tenants and is highly proactive in resolving issues. Her empathetic approach and ability to make tenants feel valued and looked after directly contributes to our low vacancy rates. She developed her exceptional customer service skills over five years in retail before joining the real estate industry. Chloe chooses to work in property management because she is interested in investment and intends to build her own portfolio of assets in the future.
