Matt is regarded as the benchmark of residential real estate in the Blue Mountains. He has been in the local industry for 16 years; is ranked amongst the top 1% of sales agents in Australia for the last two years; has an average property turnover of 25 days, and is the real estate ambassador for the area in Sydney metropolitan newspapers.
Matt says his greatest business achievement is the development of a considerable portfolio of “clients for life”. The majority of his listings are through repeat clients and referrals from Sydney and locals because of his commitment to first-class service, and a proven track record of achieving premium prices.
Matt started his career in real estate in Katoomba as a property officer. Today he inspires agents across eastern Australia as a case study for best business practices and impact marketing campaigns.
His industry knowledge has also earned him guest appearances in local newspapers and on radio stations in the Blue Mountains. He appears in the Sydney Morning Herald’s real estate section as an informed authority about local trends.
He has an outstanding Sydney, national and overseas list of buyers, and a history of excelling in vendor expectations through his negotiation skills and dynamic property marketing.
Matt, operating from the boutique Leura village, is supported by customer service manager, Leonie Simpson, and administration manager, Rebecca Grima.
Matt and Rebecca live on a Blue Mountains farm with their two young sons, Jacob and Billy.
Matthew has sponsored community projects including the Leura Harvest Festival, and the Leura Garden Festival.
