A vastly experienced and highly admired real estate professional in the Illawarra region, Darren Kay is the proud Co-principal of Belle Property Illawarra.

Known for his integrity, sincerity and determination for real estate sales in Illawarra, Darren is a highly experienced property sales professional with over 18 years of expertise to his name. An advocate of the Illawarra lifestyle, Darren recognised the need for a prestigious real estate brand – together with Co-principal, Nicole Kay, Darren opened the Belle Property Illawarra office in 2011.

Darren is a property marketing expert who consistently performs and delivers at the highest level. Awarded the No. 5 Principal position across the Belle Property Australasia Group for 2017/18, Darren holds many suburb records within the Illawarra property market and currently holds the record for the highest sale under the hammer of a single dwelling residential property at $3.6 million, as well as the highest sale under the hammer for an apartment at $2.91 million.

Darren is also recognised as a leading project marketing agent, notably managing sales of the Links Seaside development, a luxurious $160 million resort-style complex for over 55s. He also single-handedly sold out the prestigious $18 million Equinox development in North Wollongong during the height of the Global Financial Crisis.
