A Job well done. Selling our home of 30 years was a major life step. Communication was very good, with Andrew keeping us across progress during the Sales process from the outcome of open homes right up to the Auction night. This was followed up with regular written reports emailed to us following each open home; these reports included all of the necessary data that was of interest to us.

Our recent experience of selling our home with Andrew McDermott, Peter Tadrosse and the Belle Castle Hill team has literally left us speechless with delight, both at the phenomenal sale price that was achieved on auction night (which was an amazing record price for our complex) as well as how enjoyable the whole experience was from day one of listing with Belle Property.
The decision to sell our beloved townhouse was not an easy one, but an upsize was necessary with a growing, active young daughter and we approached the process with caution, meeting with a number of local real estate agents to understand both the local market and the best method of selling our property.
