Administration - Receptionist

We are now accepting applications for candidates who are looking for a receptionist role, one which will allow you to play an integral role in our successful and enthusiastic team.

Key duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and distributing accordingly
    Meeting and greeting clients
    Co-ordination of general office maintenance
    General administration office duties such as general typing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, binding, laminating, archiving, printing and the like
    Daily process of mail and banking
    Provide administrative support to the sales and property management team

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position ideally within the real estate/property industry
    A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
    Professional communication both written and verbal
    Sound knowledge of all Microsoft office applications
    Ability to prioritise workload
    Have an enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
    Be a team player who can work well under pressure
    Corporate, professional presentation
    Agent's Representative Certificate or currently studying preferable
    First Aid Certificate preferable
