Responsibilites include:

  • Handle preliminary enquiries over the counter and over the phone from prospective tenants when able providing general information from the rental list
    Maintain a high commitment to excellence in customer service
    Actively set out to lease listed properties in a timely manner
    Manage promotional activities including signage, photography and advertising
    Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants
    Communicate activities with owners and develop owner relationships
    Carry out tenant reference checking processes
    Prepare new tenancy lease packs for signing up
    Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators
    Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Current Industry standard certifications
    Reliable car/drivers licence
    Finley tuned negotiation skills
    Excellent phone manner
    Corporate presentation
    An eye for attention to detail
    Strong computer skills
    Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
