Therese Campbell.

Having worked in the local area for more than a decade including three-and-a-half years as Senior Property Manager with Belle Property Bondi Junction, Therese Campbell recently returned to the team as Head of Property Management after a short break. Therese thoroughly enjoyed her time previously and there was simply nowhere else she wanted to be other than the Bondi Junction office where she now oversees the Property Management team assisting as required, dealing with the challenges of a fast-paced real estate environment and delivering superior service.

Therese utilises her communication and conflict resolution skills to create smooth pathways for property owners and their tenants. She understands the importance of a Property Manager who can make people feel at ease and confident that what is often their greatest asset is in capable hands. She genuinely enjoys being part of someone’s journey and helping people enjoy the place they’ve decided to call home, whilst at the same time providing support and valued advice for investors at all levels of the property ladder.

Friendly, approachable and with an honest down-to-earth manner, Therese’s focus is always on the needs of clients and she finds it personally rewarding to see owners and tenants achieve their property goals and to help them understand their agreements and the process of renting or investing. Therese Campbell is once again a highly valued member of the Belle Property Bondi Junction team and looking forward to continuing success for a growing portfolio of clients throughout Sydney’s east.
