Boasting 35 years in business management, training and real estate, Liz Griffin is an undeniable asset to the busy team at Belle Property Avalon. As the Administration Manager and Co-principal, Liz is tasked with overseeing many integral facets of Belle Property Avalon, ensuring it remains one of the most prominent real estate offices in the Pittwater region on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Before franchising with the Belle Property network, Liz and her husband, Principal Mark Griffin, founded Griffin Real Estate Professionals in 1981 and together spent 34 years building the company to become one of the most successful real estate agencies in Pittwater. Today, the Belle Property Avalon office continues to flourish under the professional management of Liz, who is responsible for keeping the office up-to-date with all systems, training, real estate procedures, legislation, employment practices as well as managing payroll and accounts.

Liz’s vast industry knowledge and passion for the real estate industry ensures she is the go-to person when negotiating ever-changing real estate regulations, trust account issues and general requirements in the purchasing and selling of property.
