Within a year of joining the Belle Property network as Development and Performance Coach, Joseph moved into the position of Head of Academy. Warm and engaging, Joseph has established himself as a dynamic and tenacious coach and trainer who is committed to taking the Academy to the next level.
During his tenure as sales agent, Joe has been awarded ‘Highest Auction Clearance Rate’, ‘Lowest Days on Market’, ‘Highest Average Selling Fee’ and ‘Fastest Growing Agent’. Joe, alongside his team of three, also grew his market share from 3% to 26% and 8% to 36% in two local markets.
Known for his astute approach, Joe delivers business growth strategies by devising and implementing stakeholder reporting systems and sales plans, to grow both gross commission and market share.
Joe has also facilitated behavioural adjustments across the Belle Property network to embrace change in all components of the group. Joe is now focusing his valuable experience and genuine desire to support and develop sales agents and principals.
