Highly skilled and well-respected within her role as Academy Manager, Debra Hollins oversees the growth and development of Belle Property’s internal training. Working alongside Nick Boyd, Head of Sales & Business Development, Debra manages the Academy’s Projects & Initiatives, Training Program and communications to the network, whilst assisting with developing training strategies and course content.
Prior to joining Belle Property, Debra has lead teams in major rollouts of initiatives and projects across the region for large corporations such as American Express, Railcorp and Sydney Trains, driving teams to deliver on time with a smooth transition through change. Her drive, efficiency and capability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment ensures that she can create and deliver change by engaging stakeholders and understanding their needs. Being a natural communicator, Debra has developed and led high performing teams, and she has a passion to assist and support others in their own development and success.
Starting with Belle Property as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, Debra has become, not only an integral member of the Academy Team, but an asset to the corporate team and the entire Belle Property network.
