  Mike Ower isn't a bad fellow for a Kiwi. He worked particularly hard to overcome the language barrier and almost succeeded. He conducted our sales campaign as though his limitations didn't exist. We live overseas and leaving our family home in the hands of Mike bothered us initially but we were soon reassured (through his actions) that he was indeed the best choice we could have made. For example:         1. Our house was damaged by hail shortly after the property had been listed and was effectively flooded. Mike never waivered in his belief that the place would sell and that he would lead the charge in efforts to have the house repaired. This he did with unwavering faith in his ability to "get things done". He regularly checked the house to ascertain rain damage. He regularly chased up contractors and our insurers to ensure the work was being done. He followed up commitments, he was available to allow contractors access to the house. He kept us in touch with progress.         2.  An issue with Council records threatened to derail the sale. Mike took it upon himself to fix the issue and this he did after weeks of follow up with Council staff.         3.  A stressful time was made all the more palatable because of Mike's humour his professionalism and his capacity to deal with everything thrown at him. I have no hesitation endorsing Mike as the most professional agent we have ever used. The sales experience, despite the difficulties with flooding and Council, was the most rewarding of all we've been involved with and this is entirely down to Mike. We will certainly be seeking Mike to act in our next transaction.............and coming from an Australian that's high praise indeed!
