The Belle pricing and advertising/newtork reach were very appealing but the ability to move fast and not rely on over presentation was an important factor for us. The styling, garden consultants and tradespeople suggested were extremely efficient and cost effective. We changed the auction date after campaign launch for personal reasons and this was accommodated seamlessly and very successfully. This change meant that Robert Clarke had to hand over the final stages and auction to other Belle staff. Maria Magrin handled the final aspects of the sale negotiations and auction and was equally professional and a pleasure to work with.
