4 days a week role.

Your areas of responsibility include:

• Conduct open homes on Saturdays (you must be available to work Saturdays)
• Conduct private buyer inspections as required
• Follow up OFI attendees
• Daily prospecting calls
• Follow up weekly contact with buyers
• Liaise with the Team Leader on a daily basis
• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and on a daily basis
• Create appraisal opportunities
• Co-ordinate and conduct pest and building inspections
• Co-ordinate and conduct pre-settlement inspections
• Data entry & Database management
• General office and administration support

The successful candidate will have:

• Must have a current Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain one or Real Estate Licence
• Must have current Driver's Licence
• Previous experience in Real Estate preferred but not essential, with ongoing training provided
• Immaculately presented and well groomed
• Be at team player with high energy
